A Case Report of the Gastric Polyps which Combined Intermittent Pyloric Obstruction

Abstract

|
A case, who was admitted to St. Mary´s Hospital, of double gastric polyps measuring 2.7X L 4Xl. 2 cm, 0.7X0.6XO.4 cm. was reported which the literature review about its character and relationship to malignant changes of the stomach.
This case was combined intermittent obstruction signs against position changes. Gastric polyp is benign tumor of the stomach was first reported by Amatus Lusitanus in he gastric polyp has been, found in only about 0.25 per cent of all autopsy cases, but its relationship
to malignant changes is high, particularly in multiple gastric polyps.
